Our self-contained, completely integrated design incorporates a 2500 cfm wet dust collector and 36x24 downdraft table. Our wet dust collectors are made of 100% 304 U.S. certified stainless steel, seam welded, powder coated exterior and include automatic water level control and stainless steel precision balanced fan.
The 36x24 downdraft table is constructed of galvanized steel and includes fiberglass grates to reduce parts scratching, scalper screen to prevent debris from getting carried into the wet collector, 300 pound load capacity (uniform) and a face velocity of approximately 400 fpm. An optional NFPA/OSHA compliant package includes; programmed ultrasonic water level sensor, solenoid valve, hazardous gas exhaust vent, time delay, PLC, warning light, alarm and NEMA 12 enclosure. Additional options include; power outlets, explosion proof motor and a portable sludge vacuum.
