If an item is in factory-sealed packaging, it has not been tested. We're both trusting the manufacturer that it works like it's supposed to.
CANCELING ORDERS
Orders are processed promptly after receiving payment. Cancellations won't be accepted if the item has already been shipped.
SHIPPING
I always ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (except on weekends and holidays).
