The
GE WAVE Bioreactor 2050EHT
is a flexible system built for use in Research and Development (R&D) and the pharmaceutical production arena. Its modular system consists of a base unit and various integral options suitable for culture of multiple cell lines. The WAVE 2050EHT Bioreactor has a long line of instrumentation such as dissolved oxygen, amplifier, and weight controllers for perfusion culture and pH control. The GE WAVE Bioreactor 2050EHT benchtop design makes for easy access and convenient control.
The Wave Biotech O2Mix20 provides your bioreactor cell bags with O2 conditioned air into the cell bag headspace to maintain pressure and control oxygenation. This air controller is designed to work in tandem with the Biotech Bioreactors, inflating, ventilating, and maintaining pressure for aeration and pH control of mammalian cell cultures. The regulator of this mixer adjusts the gas pressure, measures the O2 concentration with a zirconium-oxide O2 sensor and maintains the user’s set the point, between 21 to 50%.
