OVERVIEW:
The tumbler Marinator BSM-T200
series are designed to meet the standard ETL requirement and are NSF certified.  This tumbler is a work of art design and definitely a valuable piece of equipment for preparing marinated meats. The idea of this BSM T-200 is to deliver  the same great quality of marinated meats, saving time and money, and to do it in a more sanitary, efficient way than the manual procedure. With a drum capacity of 40 gallons, this tumbler could hold up to 200 pounds of meat.  Large drum opening, 22"x13", provides convenient when loading/unloading the meats.  The flat drum lid with sealed gasket and locked by 4 toggle nuts secures the meat from drifting during operation.  Speed of the drum is pre-set to 6 rpm as standard.  The operation is very easy with START/STOP button and safety feature photoelectric sensor (PES) as emergency shut-off.  Overall materials of construction are stainless steel and seamless welding which provides a sanitary, easy cleaning, corrosion resistant unit designed to last a lifetime.  Optional pan is available if a floor sink is not available on tumbler space. non vacuum system
