Return and Refund Policy

However, if item arrives to broken or damaged when third party company delivers, customer MUST take pictures of any damage to pallet or equipment and refuse the delivery. Please contact Cooler Depot USA immediately. Cooler Depot will re-send you a brand new unit again. When you open and plug in unit and it does not work please contact Cooler Depot and we will give the customer an option of fixing or exchanging for same unit. If there is any other damage to the equipment please contact us right away. We will request pictures of the damage. For all other returns there will be a 25% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping. Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
