Application + security:
PROCUT carbide burrs have been developed for use in high-performance grinding machines. The machining of almost Allen materials by hand is possible. The high concentricity of our carbide burrs enables them to be used optimally in Allen hand grinding machines.
Here it is important to use PROCUT carbide burrs only in good drive machines with high speeds. Regular inspection of these machines and their bearings is particularly important as worn bearings are often the cause of broken teeth.
PROCUT recommends clamping cartridges slotted on both sides (Erikson system)
Security advice:
The speed of the drive machines must be adapted to the tool diameter.
In the case of carbide burrs with an extended shaft, the speed must be reduced accordingly. Open shaft lengths are to be avoided to avoid accidents.
Before switching on the grinding machine, the carbide burr should be inserted into the workpiece to be machined or placed on it.
