from an authorized J. Pechauer Custom Cues dealer are warranted to the original purchaser (non-transferable) to be free from defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for the life of the cue.
We are an authorized
J. Pechauer Custom Cue dealer and all cues purchased from us (Nielsen's Billiards) effective 1-1-06 are covered by the Pechauer lifetime warranty. Pechauer, at it's sole discretion, will repair or replace any pool cue it deems to be defective and maintains the right to void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse, mishandling, or alteration.  Normal wear items such as tip, finish, and wrap are excluded from this warranty. To obtain a return authorization for warranty work please contact J. Pechauer Custom Cues directly
. Please do not contact a dealer or retailer for repairs. Please save the invoice we provide you with your purchase of this cue for warranty validation.

About cue weight changes

At Nielsen's Billiards, we will try to get the cue as close as possible to the desired weight. Usually we can come within 1/10 of an ounce to the desired weight requests. Exact matches may not be possible, but we will try. We always try to do our best and keep our customers happy with prompt and courteous communication. Shipping items on the same or next business day is also a high priority as we know customers appreciate their item(s) as soon as possible. Our feedback is proof of our dedication to our customers. Please contact us if you have any questions about weight or tip changes.

please tell me when submitting payment.  If submitting payment using paypal, you can put your weight request in the paypal message area.   If you do not specify a weight, you will generally receive a cue around 19.0 ounces.   Available weight range on this cue is from 18.0 to 21.0 ounces.

Returns

Return policy

within 30 days from the date that you received the item. The only reduction in the refund will be the shipping and handling fee.  If the item price included shipping, the hard cost shipping that we paid will be subtracted from the amount you paid to determine the total refund.  There is no reduction for shipping and handling if we are replacing an item that did not arrive to you correctly.
