The Sartorius Biostat Culti Bag RM 50 Wave Bioreactor provides a reliable, robust, and easy-to-program wave mixed reaction system that fits easily on your benchtop. The gentle waves created by the rocker unit mean the media surface is constantly renewed, giving you a low sheer and bubble-free aeration. This benchtop wave reactor is an ideal choice for small-scale production, or process testing, as well as applications that don’t require pH or DO feedback as this model does not feature optical sensors.
The Biostat RM is fully configurable in rocking rate, angle, and temperature. Users can set their desired parameters from the intuitive, backlit, display that guides them through setting their parameters. This single-use bioreactor operates at a rocking angle of between 5-10 degrees, and a speed range of 8-42 rocks per minute. This sartorius biostat comes with a 50L tray though bags are usually filled to half of the total volume.
