Condition is Used and perhaps only for parts as I am no expert on its condition. See photos for details.
Handle moves up and down. A few numbers show faintly on paper once stamped. I have not moved the number dials as I am not familiar with the mechanics of this item. It is sold as is.
The plastic handle appears broken at the base, see photo.
